The founders of the company Wonder Workshop are Vikas Gupta, Saurahb Gupta, Mikal Greaves, and Irman Khan. Mikal Greaves and Saurahb Gupta are the Vice Presidents of the company. The company wanted kids to use their imagination and creativity so Dash and Dot have 3 legs and 1 eye. Wonder Workshop helps kids at early ages because high school grads were not prepared for college level math and science so they want to catch kids and change that at an early age. One of the founders was inspired to create Dash and Dot by seeing his little daughter playing. That is the wonder behind Dash and Dot.
What they do

Dash and Dot are robots that are easy to work. They are very interactive. Also if you are anxious to play with them all you have to do is take them out of the box and play with them unlike a lot of other products. They are good for kindergartners all the way up to adults. They need Bluetooth 2.0 or higher to work on an iPad.
How to Work Dash and Dot

To work Dash and Dot you press the on button that is on the back. When you press that button they will make noises do not be alarmed!! Next you have to download apps. There are about 4 apps for Dash And Dot. Really you only need 1 app to have fun called Go. When you download GO the iPad will have words that say "searching for robots". When the iPad says "searching for robots" you point the iPad at the robots and it will locate them. When the robots are located you can really do all of the activities like math problems, art creations and you can create your own story. These are all student challenges. Those are activities that you can do with Dash and Dot. There are lots of them. Also there are other activities you can do that are not student challenges like play music, make mazes and Dash will go through it, draw and much more.

The company wanted to make learning easier. Overall the company, Wonder Workshop, just wants to help make learning to code fun. Teachers love to use Dash and Dot because they are great for all age groups and can help kids with geography, science, ELA and more.
